A strength class built for runners, an easy 5K, and a soda social to finish — all from the studio.
We’re teaming up with the Slow Poke Run Club for an afternoon of moving together. Start with a 45-minute strength session built around the muscles runners actually use — walk in stiff, leave springy.
Then we head out for a classic Slow-Poke-style 5K at an easy 7:15–7:30/km pace. No pressure, no podium — everyone is welcome, whatever your speed.
Back at the studio, we refuel with cold drinks from Xo Soda and a few snacks, and just hang out. Come for the strength, stay for the people.

A classic, Slow-Poke-style 5K at an easy 7:15–7:30/km pace. Everyone is welcome to join the run — no pressure, just good kilometres together.

One ticket covers the strength class, the group run, and drinks & snacks. Urban Sports Club members can check in via USC. The run itself is open to everyone — come along even if the mats are full.

Good questions, warm answers
Do I need to be a runner?
Not at all. The run is an easy 7:15–7:30/km pace and everyone is welcome, whatever your speed. The strength class suits all levels too.
What if I only want the class, or only the run?
Come for whatever you fancy. The run is open to everyone; the 22-mat strength class is the ticketed part — but most people stay for the whole afternoon.
Can I use my Urban Sports Club membership?
Yes — Urban Sports Club members can check in via USC. Otherwise it is a €15 ticket, booked through the Luma link.
How long is the run?
A 5K — roughly 45 minutes at an easy Slow-Poke pace, out and back from the studio.
What should I wear and bring?
Clothes you can train and run in, trainers, and a water bottle. We will have cold drinks and snacks waiting for you after.
How many spots are there?
Just 22 mats for the strength class, so book ahead. The run itself is open to all.
